To cancel a subscription on PayPal, follow these steps:
On a Web Browser:
- Log in to PayPal:
- Go to paypal.com and log in to your account.
- Go to Settings:
- Click on the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner to access your Settings.
- Navigate to Payments:
- In the left-hand menu, select Payments.
- Manage Automatic Payments:
- Click on Manage Automatic Payments.
- Find the Subscription:
- You’ll see a list of active subscriptions and automatic payments. Select the one you want to cancel.
- Cancel the Subscription:
- Click Cancel or Cancel Automatic Payments and confirm your choice.
On the PayPal App:
- Open the App:
- Launch the PayPal app on your device and log in.
- Go to Settings:
- Tap on the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner to access Settings.
